The service is charged at a monthly subscription amount per feedback license. This means you are charged for those individuals in your company for whom you are gathering feedback for management information purposes. You receive an additional free user license for each licensed feedback individual.

i.e. you may have five advisers in your firm who will be 'Feedback Individuals' and so you will need 5 Feedback Licenses. You will then automatically receive a further 5 free licenses for use by 'non feedback individuals' such as an administrator who may be working on behalf of a feedback individual.
