Licensing
For example you may have five advisers in your firm who will be 'Feedback Individuals' and so you will need 5 Feedback Licenses. You will then automatically receive a further 5 free licenses for use by 'non feedback individuals' such as an administrator who may be working on behalf of a feedback individual.
